These pictures don't do it justice, its beautiful, this half of the room is done with the exception of some touch up paint on the trim.

stair is done, THE GROUT IS ON, come on down Im buying, bring your 1/4 inch flat blade screwdriver and a hammer

tried to get a full room shot but the flash kinda killed it.

Not far now, need to finish the top of the stair, chip out all the grout lines, scrub the floor and grout.
