shroud installed. 17 inch fan and new belts. I probably shouldn't install a temp guage because the last one I installed cost me about 500 bucks ... it is definitely running cooler due to how it performs though.

No shroud. You can also see where I soldered up the radiator on the left. I might have to get a new radiator :(. This fan is 18 inch but with the shroud I went with 17. also note the spacer ... nothing can be easy, it busted off.

The bib turned out great. Part of me wants to go the fj-25 route for the bib .. well see. solder up the barron radiator and almost got to test it out before it ran out of gas again ...LAME

Before shot of the bezel. Started to sandblast and clean it up.

The red barron radiator. like the rest of the truck it looks like shit. Have to figure out if I fix it myself or take it somewhere. If I can dream up a way to pressure test I might give it a go. gives me a hernia to put it all back to gether to find out it leaks still :(

Like I said I had to take advantage of the temp. Bib painted and pretty much ready to go ... just needs some cure time.

I got the stop switch wire in. I love these weatherpac connectors.

Sandblasted and primed. Just needs paint. Should probably take advantage of these warm days, otherwise I have to warm up the shop to paint.

Here is the new guage panel. Needed a little bit of satisfaction so I mounted it up, will be coming right back off though. The part you can't see is all the wires are complete behind this. Steering column and headlight switch are the last big wiring activities.

This is another "little" thing. The headlight bucket retaining ring. Its done though and once the bib is painted this can go right back on.

definitely eating pictures. here is another shot ... production ready :)

I think picasa is eating pictures tonight so this might not make ... anyway you know what they say ...its the little things. Had to add a 1/4 inch spacer to the inside of the striker. I think the top of the tub is splayed out a little.

I posted this before but this is ideal for the new sandblast cabinet. obviously you can't sand the back of this thing by hand, to many contours and surfaces.

ah so close. Ill blame the dely on the fact Im making my own 2x2s. This is going to be awesome. Obviously need to add all the hardware and finish up the window panel. window is like 14X19 or something like (glass from old picture frame). all parts for the cabinet are recycled from stuff laying around the garage. big enough for the front cruiser bib and rims :):):)

before and after of the new suspension. I have since mounted the brakes with all new hardware (bearings, calipers, hoses, bolts). this new a-arm ticket is supposed to a great upgrade to the stock strut rod suspension

before and after of the wagon rear shackle hangers. Once I get the sandblast cabinet done these kind of things will be much easier. In fact Ill probably just take stuff apart and sandblast it for fun.

Need some help on the wiring. First one is what it looks like under my column. I assume the long flat one is the turn signals and hazard, need help with all these, I assume the cut off wires are for the wipers (yellow, grayish, whitish, light purple, darker purple, need help with all these. The second is the headlight switch, I guess the large red is the power but other then that I have no clue. The last is the column plug the brown white and blue/whitish are the ones I need help with.

Ugly before and after. This is what we got accomplished over the weeked. This mini sub frame kit is leaps and bounds better then the factory setup. Also the 62 has a bolted front suspension so this was relatively easy. Spent tonight getting the bearings packed and loaded into the rotor assembly (1 side only :( ). conveniently the rotors come with the races already installed :( pain the ass to get out.
