Trailer Jack extension. Need to weld still. Also like to sleeve it so its not so loose 

Sheetmetal skin starting to take shape. Hard to see but the tailgate area is now open. 

We cleaned up a little. Nice to have th open work area. You can see the trailer jack extension and some of the sheetmetal. 

Bondo is our new friend. Practice makes perfect although this will be far from perfect 

Stiffened the upper windshield frame with the angle iron. Will also provide a cavity to hide the wiper linkage.
