Close up of the badge. Little nicer but still recommend that you stay a few feet away ;) Posted by Picasa
New bench seat to go in. Much nicer then the junkyard one that is in there now. Thanks Big Jack. Posted by Picasa
Head on shot ... looks more and more like a jeep .. you can see we need to tie the brakelines up .. There is a york in the upright position under the hood .. we were worried about the clearance. Posted by Picasa
Hinge mounte close up. We decided to paint these with hammerite instead of "body color" Posted by Picasa
Windshield hinges painted and mounted. We welded on the mirror attachment. We made these some time ago but this time around Big Jack sand blasted them for us nice and pretty. Posted by Picasa
Rockers mounted and we touched up the badge a bit. Also notice the windsheild hinges Posted by Picasa
One more of the hood. You can kind of see the rockers and the hinges. Nice zinc coated grade 8 hardware and painted w/hammerite. Posted by Picasa
We never intended the jeep to be less then a 10 footer but it looks EXCELLENT. After all its a jeep and will get scratched and dented and Chad will probably roll it :D Posted by Picasa
Hood is on. We will probably end up sanding everything to get a constant color Posted by Picasa

So the spark plug wires cleaned up a little with a few minutes and zip ties. Chad just needs to get some new ends to make them look nice and pretty. Posted by Picasa

One more of the dash. We are going to match the lower and upper windsheild voids with aluminum. Posted by Picasa
Not sure if there have been any posts about the dash yet but we are going with a custom aluminum dash. Well mix custom/aftermarket guages with stock and aftermarket switches. Will turn out nice. Posted by Picasa
excellent tunnel cover. Big Jack again to the rescue with the milled dual t-case shifter slots. Tunnel cover is 3/8s marine grade aluminum diamond plate ... scrap of course :) Posted by Picasa

The shocks a lot more vertical. We had to move them due to interference. They are currently in the 12 oclock position and were in the 10 oclock as evident by the cut out in the inner fender. Posted by Picasa
